I've been going into your Belgravia Shop for some time now, not just for the great coffee. But the staff there are just the greatest, kind, helpful and just willing to help. They always greet me and remember my name, which really tells me. Welcome.

The shops and products are great - but my lesson is never to order from their website again. Terrible experience - I can add my list to those who ordered in early November for Christmas - and received the last item (which was not the right one but a replacement) - yesterday (12 February). Emails are initially answered with an "do not follow up or you will get back to the end of the queue". Awful poor quality old tasting chocolates, terrible customer service and no refund. Trust me do not order from them!

Terrible ! I ordered chocolates 4 bags of chocolates for christmas. Chased them up when 3 of 4 bags hadn’t turned up after 3 weeks to be told that they would be arriving in time for christmas. They didn’t ! No email, no explain … I emailed and got a refund processed for 2 bags without any email to explain or apologise … requested refund for remaining missing bag via email … no reply … emailed again … still no reply … still waiting for my money back !!!
