Has an open day occasionally so you can see what it does. Small bar. Tables. People are friendly and welcoming. Only problems arise when cycle race is on. Cyclists block the road. Can be very rude. Ignorant. I know they are racing and it's great to watch. A little diplomacy is needed. If I know a race is on I go early to avoid any problems.
