Rob Nicholson Guitar Tutor

I have really enjoyed my time learning guitar with Robs teaching. When I have struggled at various times with certain techniques he has patiently worked with me to find a way through. Enthusiastic and professional… high recommend 🤘🏼

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob as a guitar tutor; he has been teaching my son for the past two years and has done a fantastic job in keeping him engaged, even though the teaching has been done remotely for the past twelve months.

I have been learning with Rob for around 18 months. A great teacher who clearly (and patiently!) demonstrates, explains and challenges me to learn. I started from scratch and I'm now playing music which would have been impossible a year ago! We have been running lessons through Zoom which has worked really well. I whole heartedly recommend him.

He sets out our sessions to suit my aspirations and my stage in learning. He makes the sessions as enjoyable as possible and I do feel that, since starting with Rob, I have made solid progress. I have been having lessons with Rob for over a year now. During the pandemic we have used Zoom which has been fine. Covers all elements of guitar, I've learnt theory, fundamental and practical skills from Rob and am a better player as a result. Rob is patient and calm and will always ask what I'm interested in learning whilst offering his own ideas of how to improve my playing. Would 100% recommend, good value and really good lessons/teacher.
