  • Rob is a fantastic personal trainer. He is really good at pitching everything at the right level to target exactly what is good for me, accounting for any particular injuries or weaknesses, whilst always pushing me. The sessions are never the same twice, and are always a mix of cardio, strength and sometimes stretching. He is unfailingly upbeat, very friendly and extremely professional.

  • Rob has completely changed my career for the better. I am stronger fitter and can cope with much higher work loads thanks to the training he has put me through. I’ve sustained less injuries and he has kept me in a condition where I can perform at my highest ability day in day out. He’s also bloody good fun and super positive which makes every session something to look forward to.

What is also brilliant is how Rob explains what your muscles are doing and how they work with other parts of your body- including your mind when you think you need to stop!
