  • I’ve been training with Rob for fitness on a weekly basis for a few months now. The workouts are always well-balanced and varied to keep them interesting. Rob has also coached me for swimming and helped me make significant improvements to my stroke.

  • Robert is a most excellent personal trainer. I have been attending weekly sessions with him for about 8 months and plan to continue these long term. Robert is very knowledgeable and experienced so I feel safe and confident during the hour long sessions. Initially Rob assessed my fitness and posture, then worked on correcting my posture and teaching me how to safely use the gym equipment using the correct form. Now i am increasing my fitness with HIIT and circuits, alongside strength training....

  • I've been having PT sessions with Rob for a number of months on a weekly basis. He comes prepared for each and every session and gives positive and encouragement through all the sessions. He has helped me enormously to get back into the gym pos COVID and have structure to my sessions there. I look forward to also getting swimming lessons with him at some point.

  • Glad I found this guy! Rob helped me build strength and I've learned many new exercises along the way. My sessions were never boring and were set up to achieve my personal goals. We did some measurements at the very beginning which helped to see the progress afterwards even better. Thanks for a great cooperation. Recommend!

  • Sessions with Rob are great, he's a very good PT. I like that he can utilise the swimming pool and incorporate it in our sessions.
