Been trying contact Helen since last year had no reply to calls or text messages and never answers or replies. Seen she has blocked me on Facebook and text messages yesterday. Which seems childish and unprofessional. Had Emma as my driving instructor who cancelled or changed my driving days frequently that I wasnt getting any continuity and would look up what to do on Google when she claims she's driven for over 13 years. Waste of time I suggest don't book with them.

Was politely indicating to change into the right hand lane in a queue of traffic this morning. I understand people are busy but to aggressively beep the horn at me and then proceed to give me the finger seems a bit excessive. I was shocked to see she had a customer on a lesson at this time. Tells you a lot about someone who would do this publicly with their business details on display and in front of a customer. Seek anger management help immediately

I can’t thank Raffiaa more for her support and patience in teaching me how to drive an automatic car. Would 100% recommend; I was able to pass first time, with confidence thanks to Raffiaa!

Helen is such a great driving instructor she helped me pass 1st time within 4 months of driving.
