  • I attended Rachel's 6 week body blitz courses in September 2022 and January 2023. I wanted to return to exercise after recently having a baby. Rachel took the time to accommodate my mobility needs and tailor all exercises to me, whilst instructing the rest of the group. I have felt encouraged and supported throughout. My mental and physical health have improved dramatically... Oh and I've lost 2 stone in 6 months too!

  • I have been going to RMPT personal training for some time now doing both PT and small group sessions. I absolutely love attending there are lots of variation in classes with different equipment. I am really pleased with results. Would highly recommend.

Incredibly bespoke training which is fantastic and allows me to get so much more than I’ve achieved in previous fitness endeavours. My fitness, knowledge and desire has increased massively. Currently on my second block booking and genuinely look forward to each session and the progression I’m seeing and feeling, body and mind.

A personalised and diverse workout made enjoyable by a calm, approachable, experienced and top quality trainer in a private environment. From a non-gym goer, I've never looked forward to training so much until starting at RMPT. I only wish I had started sooner. Incredible for body and mind. I would recommend to anybody.
