I have just been advised of the defamatory reviews listed on Google. I have checked back my diaries for the past 3 years, and find that only three names are recognised over that period. i have records of the passes, the test centres where tests were taken, examiners who took the tests and the number of attempts by each pupil. I don't usually write reviews for anything but I feel that anyone considering this driving school should be aware of the facts before giving over their money. I was excited to learn to drive and I took lessons from RMG about a year ago. It wasn't long before I began to absolutely dread lessons however. Thank you very much RMG for the 'first class' driving tuition. You were highly recommended to me by a colleague who passed their driving test first time, as I also did. Your no nonsense 'rules of the road' approach to driving is not only beneficial for my own safety but that of others and I too would have no hesitation in recommending RMG to family and friends and if your nerves can take it, might even enroll my wife for a block booking. Would not recommend AT ALL. Very bad temper, berates you when you get anything wrong, and then flips out when you ask him not to shout at you because somehow that'll make you less nervous than the stall at a traffic lights already made you? "I didn't even raise my voice" "You're threatening the wrong guy, pal." etc. This include doing things that he himself does, like clicking the handbrake up through the ratchet. Would not recommend this company to anyone! First initial lesson was booked, I stepped into the car and he was too busy looking at his phone to acknowledge me at first. Then, when I was in the drivers seat, he was shouting at me for not being able to work his car properly to adjust the mirrors when I was doing it correctly the first time.
