  • I have been training with Raul for the last 4 months and can honestly say he has changed my mindset and approach to training by the amount of knowledge and scientific approach he applies in helping me reach my goals. I also appreciate the attention that goes into explaining it to me. He is tough whilst still being sympathetic when needed and has set a rigid schedule for me which continues to show visible results. I’d happily recommend him to any of my friends/ family!

Raul has a unique ability to make every session different yet always aligned to my goals.
