Rko Ringwood Kickboxing Organisation

RKO is a great club to train at. I have learnt so much from it and I can see my self getting better each week. The atmosphere is great and I love training there. I really recommend coming to this club.

What a great club for teaching children and adults. Elizabeth is a committed coach and a current Team GB fighter. Liz teaches my son who is visually impaired and my daughter kickboxing. Both children love the class and I can see their confidence growing. I attend the Body Blitz class, it is a great class for all abilities, it works all areas, plus we all have fun working out.
