Highly recommend the club for all ages and abilities. All coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They have all helped me with my personal development in the sport and I look forward to training every week.

I joined with no kickboxing experience. There are classes for all abilities at all different times of the week, so something suitable for everyone! The coaches are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. There's no pressure to grade if you don't want to, but equally they will push you to your full potential if you do. 5 star review from me - love this place!
