  • I have trained with Rob at RJ Fitness for a few months, and I am more than happy with both my results and the sessions themselves. Rob is incredibly knowledgeable and it’s clear he tailors his sessions to the person he’s training, as opposed to a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • I have been training with Rob for just over 6 months and do a joint session with my husband. Rob works out a programme to suit both of us individually, a full work out , concentrating on our problem areas , changing it regularly to suit and keeping it interesting. It works really well and you certainly see the benefits quite quickly. We work using Heart Monitor's , and regularly check BP and Stats for improvements..   • I have been working with Rob for about 6 months now, and would not hesitate to recommend him. He has a wealth of knowledge, and qualifications to support this He is very flexible regarding as to the service he offers, to fit around your needs.   • Rob is extremely knowledgeable and tailors a workout to cater for your capabilities. He's brilliant at working around any health issues, makes the workout varied and fun so never boring. You look forward to a workout/gym session rather than dreading it. Rob also has excellent suggestions for diet/lifestyle changes. Have tried other gyms and would highly recommend Rob.
