I had two guitars that needed some servicing and a couple of modifications. Pete was fantastically helpful and very reasonably priced. Both guitars play better now than they ever have done! Communication and service were excellent too and I especially love that Rigby is a local Independent shop. You can tell the shop is about a love of music before anything else. Absolutely unbelievable service, owner Pete, so helpful and engaging, brought my suffering tired old guitar 🎸 back to life. It now plays a treat, sounds beautiful. Nice one Pete Ps. There are brilliant hand crafted guitars and custom built bass guitars also. A must for budding muso, lessons are available too.

Took in our high end jazz bass for urgent electronic repair and set-up. Peter fitted it in at very short notice, it now plays like a dream. Great service, will definitely return for any future repairs.

Pete did a phenomenal job giving a much needed setup and clean to my semi-hollow Gretsch. It feels and sounds like an absolute monster, I couldn't be happier with Pete's work...
