Riding Centre for Special People

earning Trades is an Alternative Education Provision (AEP) based in Escomb, Bishop Auckland. We strive to deliver a high quality, effective and inclusive AEP; placing its students at the heart of everything it does. We offer AEP for young people displaying a wide range of complex behavioural issues, including those who are at risk of exclusion and those with social, emotional and mental health needs. As important as our academic studies are, we pride ourselves also on the development of life skills and working with our students within the local community through shopping trips with underpinning Maths and English skills incorporated.
