Rick Holmes Guitar Lessons

Great guitar teacher, friendly and understanding! I have been having lessons with rick for a few months and I have really enjoyed them. I would recommend seeing him if you are looking for a teacher.

A amazing guitar teacher. Seriously knows his stuff from beginner to advanced techniques. I've been having lessons with Rick for just over a year now, and I've learned more in the past year than I have in the past 5 years studying on my own. Very reasonably priced and a relaxed atmosphere. If you want to learn guitar Rick is definitely your guy.

Rick is an excellent Guitar Teacher. I have been going for a while now and I feel I have made good progress. Rick is knowledgeable and most importantly patient. He is like a guitar counsellor when you get frustrated and stuck. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had lessons with Rick for just over a year and a half when he was based down in Ipswich. I went to Rick as a complete beginner and the progress I made in the time I had lessons with him was quite remarkable. He is incredibly skilled as a guitarist and knowledgeable as a teacher. His lessons are very chilled and calm and I would highly recommend him to any player, whatever skill level.

Where do I start with Rick? He's definitely the best guitar teacher I've ever had. In under a year Rick had focused me in on my goals and helped me achieve them. In 6 months he had taken my playing to a good enough level to pass my Grade 8, with a merit. It wasn't only my playing that Rick improved, but he also covered the theory behind what I was playing.
