  • I started looking for a personal trainer to get back into working out post covid. I didn't really want to go to the gym and Rick was able to offer a more suitable environment working out in the garden or the local park. On my first session Rick was able to identify an injury I had been struggling with and was able to work everything around that.   • Rick is an excellent PT, it doesn't matter what your ability level is, he will work around what you're capable of and he will soon have you doing more than you thought you were capable of too. His communication between sessions was great, always asking how we were, how we're getting on with the exercises he's set us for the week, and if there were any problems with an upcoming session it was well in advance.   • I have had Rick as a PT for 3 years and he has coached me through peaks and troughs in my motivation to exercise, without judgment and always encouraging and friendly. He has exceptional knowledge in all aspects of fitness and diet and he is always able to provide the science behind something I have read on the internet. Rick has always been flexible if sessions needed to be moved and he is always on time and reliable. I would highly recommend.

  • Rick is an excellent trainer. Understood where I was starting from and what my objectives were and tailored a programme just for me. Didn’t take long for my fitness to dramatically improve or for body to change for the better. It’s not necessarily easy - but it’s worth it. I definitely would not have done it without him.
