Can’t recommend Richmond enough! Took an online course and was able to communicate effectively and efficiently throughout the remote program while in another country. Mark was always responsive and super helpful throughout the process.

I cannot recommend Richmond enough if you are in the yachting industry and need to get your Food and Hygiene Level 2!! Due to the new MCA regulations, you can't get the certificate fully online anymore (it won't be recognized, do your research). It was a pain to find somewhere that offered the in-person course or the virtual session especially since I'm currently in France... the one place I did find that offered it was 200€. I finally stumbled upon Richmond, which let me do the course remote...

I loved the course! Even if I am the foreigner and struggled with some vocabulary (I don't use medical terms daily so it makes a sense) I passed both practical and theoretical tests 👍 It was handy to follow the book same time when Mark was explaining the tasks so got it well! Mark is a professional and he made a course interesting and entertaining. Well done!
