Easy to find,awkward to get a coach in,good variety of food and drink to purchase

Approach by car nightmare absolutely insane feel sorry for those who live there. Rugby fields spacious and clean and to be expected the food and drink is not only busy but also not much to your portion sizing and expensive otherwise a great. Please plan your trip with plenty of time as delays are inevitable and public car park is carnage with high pricing and fools who park in between spaces restricting those who also need to park with respect of others. Watched London Scottish play Cornish Pirates on Saturday afternoon. A spacious function room with large bar, big screen and plenty of friendly staff on duty. A friendly crowd and a 10 minute from the tube station. The orange tree and the sun pubs are worth a visit on route.

Went for Oktoberfest and was great entertainment. Prices are decent, not too much of a rip off. Good music and the compere Eva is a laugh.

Great afternoon at a historic ground.
