Poor customer service phone availability. Rang multiple times, left voicemails and none got back to me as I tried to notify them about a booking.

I went to this gym for five months, first of all the price, it is a very expensive gym you pay £80 just to sign up for 1 month. The facilities they offer, if you go in the afternoon, it is most likely that you will have to wait to do some exercise because the bench will be occupied by someone since they have very little gym equipment. great gym ! it is never too busy there. the equipment is not state of the art however it makes it very affordable and at the end of the day a weight is a weight. the customers are very friendly and respectful ( no grunting or influencer )

The equipment is of great quality and there is an extensive range. However, above all the team of staff are all incredible. Every query is dealt with fast, professionally and on a personal level. They have dealt with recent changes to an incredibly high standard and I am very impressed with this gym overall. Highly recommend 👍

I recently joined this gym and am surprised to see the 3.5* rating - the equipment is of good quality, membership includes use of the squash courts, and the gym is never overly crowded so you can work out in peace. It's been a useful aide in the battle against the "quarantummy".
