  • At 64, I’ve never had a personal trainer before and have a track record of injuring myself during group exercise classes due to my hyper mobility. Richard was not daunted by this and has worked hard to find exercises that I can do safely. He is passionate about what he does and really wants to find solutions for you personally. He has just the right blend of pushing you and encouraging you to listen to your body. Highly recommended!
