Can not recommend Ribble Valley Canine Services enough. Steph is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sessions and review sessions are brilliant, well thought out and full of great tasks and games to help train. Steph is on hand and really responsive to questions with lots of help and support. She’s helped us understand our puppy and train her so well.

Steph has been supporting us since our puppy was 4 months old. As first time dog owners Steph was invaluable in helping us, not just to train our lively little puppy, but also to retain our sanity as some days we wondered what we had done! We contacted Steph after the vet referred us to her. Willow injured her paws so was unable to walk and was in recovery for 6 months, she then refused to go out for walks and play in the garden. After 8 months hard work with a comprehensive training plan and Steph on hand 24/7 via WhatsApp we have been able to get Willow confidentiality back out walking and playing in the garden. Steph has been amazing and supportive throughout our 1:1 sessions on the past few months, she has an in-depth knowledge and always has alternative ideas or ways to try things to really get the most from everything you do - really feel like have got the most in order to help myself and Cassie progress. Steph is fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough! I was recommended Steph from a family member, who also had a very positive experience. Steph has been so helpful and patient with any questions I’ve had. I got Steph in to help with a guarding issues. She helped us understand Bentley’s behaviours/body language and how to deal with these situations effectively. Since our session with Steph we have never had any further guarding issues.
