Not as great as advertised. As a positive: The staff themselves and the communication beforehand was both fine. They turned up on time, when they said they would and left at the agreed time. Less positively: The staff left broken glass on the floor during the event and turned up without any bottle openers. The service was fantastic and the communication was great. They made my party extra special and gave it a feel of luxury. I opted for the cocktail package which was brilliant; With a good selection of different cocktails. Everybody who attended had a memorable night with the cocktail bar experience - I would highly recommend. Thanks

They cancelled one day before my event! There was just a mere email to tell me that a staff had contracted covid-19, they could not even give me a phone call to inform me. We've been dealing with each other through phone calls so was expected and had I not checked my emails I would not even know they was not going to show up. They are now claiming to keep my money for 30 days! This is atrocious as I had one day to find a replacement paying even more as there was such short notice of one day! ...

I recently attended a hen party which Charlie set up at a friends home and it was amazing, he’s a really funny friendly guy that made the most amazing cocktails. Really enjoyed it, would really highly recommend. Great experience for us
