  • Ive been training with Ross for almost a year now and being 50+ I was somewhat worried to restart a regular fitness program. I shouldn't have worried. Ross is great at tailoring the programs to your personal needs and he has great advice for diet and additional exercise on off days!   • Having been training with Ross for over 6 months now I can highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer. Ross always ensures a good variety of exercises, whilst still keeping them challenging.
