Came down for a seminar and everyone was so welcoming and really great to train with. If anyones thinking of joining they would be a fool for not giving it a go. Brilliant vibe!

My son did a few months with this BJJ but due to moving away he had to stop. Matt the trainer is great but they have way to many children per class and seems as though it got busier and busier. As I said great friendly trainer but maybe capping the number of children would be a priority so the kids get the most of Matts time. I do hope you look at this review as your team and club have so much potential..

Recently starting taking my 6 year old here and can't imagine a better place for anyone serious about learning martial arts, child or adult. The instructors genuinely care about teaching above profit and make everyone feel welcome. Attention is paid to every individual on the mat and nobody is ever made to feel embarrassed or less included. Have started coming here infrequently but the place is an absolute safe haven . I wish I could be there more often but work doesn't allow it. The classes are very varied with exceptional coaches. Steve is a great head coach and mentor. Everyone who trains has the same positive and friendly attitude. A very welcoming family feel and well worth it

Excellent gym! It is very spacious, clean, and in a great location. The instructors are top-notch guys, solid BJJ and stand up classes offered. I would recommend training here for anyone in or around the area 100%. Thank you
