Ian is an amazing instructor! I suffer very badly with anxiety, I'm not the easiest person to teach at times but Ian helped me to calm myself down and learn to put my focus where it needs to be. I passed first time, we only went when we felt I was ready - I was still really nervous but Ian picks you up an hour ahead to go through any little bits and to allow you the time you need to calm down. Honestly, beyond grateful for all his help to get me to this point!

I had a couple of instructions prior to Ian and failed a couple of times but Ian really helped me gain my confidence. I always looked forward to my driving lessons as Ian always made it more fun, calming and less like a ‘lesson’ would highly recommend.

Ian was my 3rd driving instructor and by far my favourite. He is a lovely person and so funny, he let me ramble on about my life and he would put up with it🤣. What I found with Ian is that when I made a mistake he would always stay calm and talk to me about what I did wrong and how I can improve it the next time I’m put in a similar situation to make sure I don’t make the mistake again instead of shouting at me which I found with my last instructor.
