I saw Charlie with some lower back pain, hamstring tightness and tension that prevented me from standing straight. Within an hour she had ironed me out. She was calm, I felt relaxed and she really knew what she was talking about. Pinpointing the pain pain points, she was able to relieve the tension easily and give me some exercises to try at home. I felt miles better after an hour and would highly recommend Charlie.

I saw Charlie for a deep tissue massage as I had been feeling pain in my neck, shoulders and back and suffering with migraines every day because of it. My massage was so relaxing and was a really good pressure, releasing all the tension. The best massage I've ever had! I'm telling everyone about Charlie now. I actually managed to sleep so well last night and no more migraines! Thank you so much!

Treated by Ali for combination of too much cycling plus very old man's knees! He knows his stuff and I always leave feeling a lot better than when I went in. (And with a flea in my ear about not enough home foam roller action!) Top class treatment from a knowlegeable and likeable bloke. Highly recommend (Just make sure you do your homework he gives you!)

Absolutely amazing sports therapy. Massage is also excellent. I race bicycles semi-professionally and revive’s regular treatment sessions with Ali have made a huge difference to my performance and well-being. There is a wealth of knowledge among the clinicians and any niggles or injuries will be diagnosed and treated with cutting edge technology in an efficient and effective manner. If you are looking for a regular sports massage or injury recovery/treatment, look no further!

I am so glad I chose this place to get my left shoulder and back injuries fixed due to overload training. Ali and Cj are amazing. Going beyond and bothering to explain everything. And so friendly. I've been to other health centers before, but this one really is the best. I will continue to come for anti-stress massages on a regular basis. Another place I always feel welcome and great value for money.
