  • Josh has made me re-think what "mobility" means and working with Josh is very different from going for a sports massage. With the sports massage you turn up stiff, somebody works on you to alleviate the stiffness and you go home "fixed".   • Josh is brilliant! His knowledge is fantastic yet he explains everything clearly keeping things as simple as possible. He was able to diagnose the problem extremely quickly and decided the best option going forward. After just 4 weeks of a specific training programme some big results were achieved. Josh is also very approachable and easy to talk to and is someone I would 100% recommend.
