  • Just finished another group session with Kirstie, these are challenging but fun and everything you do is at your pace. Having 1-2-1 sessions as well are great for learning how to master exercises and again you can push this as hard as you want to. Kirstie is friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgeable which has personally helped me in my recovery and rehabilitation.

  • Kirstie is absolutely fab, she's made me feel very at ease from the beginning...having had two children quite close together she's been really knowledgeable on what exercise to do and when, she is very supportive and makes training enjoyable. Highly recommend!
