Really great venue & professional yoga teacher who was great at guiding everyone through the class .. friendly group of clients too. The session itself was everything I hoped it would be .. I floated home on my cloud of zen .. which was much needed! Looking forward to being a regular if your debating on giving this a go ... I definitely would go for it .. really was great to take some much needed time out & re-balance 🙏🏽
