Best gym in Luton. My happy place!!! So excited to be back again and push myself to have a consistent routine🥰🥰love you Ruby and ruks you’re both so amazing ❤️I’m so grateful for the reshape sisterhood and all the amazing lovely friends I have met along the way!

Excellent local ladies only gym, the owner is star! Always ready to give some advice whenever she sees you around. Classes are great for those who are unfamiliar to working out and don’t know what exercises to my themselves. All in all a great gym!

This Gym has a great vibe and the team are so welcoming. Its a place where you can start you fitness journey and get support with top PT to push you in the right direction or maintain what you have already achieved with a good range of equipment. They have fun of classes also to get you moving and enjoying fitness. I’m really grateful to have found this gym and think it’s a beautiful and powerful gym for the ladies.

Fantastic cosy gym - good vibes from Ruby, Bushra and other members of staff. Very welcoming and always willing to offer their time and knowledge with your training. There is a nice and varied weight provision with equipment that is modern and well maintained. Very clean and excellent attention to detail, such as availability of complimentary sanitary towels. And close to home which is ideal!

Absolutely love this gym! I've had many starts and stops in my fitness journey at other gyms. The beautiful ladies that work at the gym are amazing and so supportive. The vibe is great, you don't feel like a sore thumb in fact you feel more motivated seeing the hard work the girls are putting in. The classes are varied and the instructors are all engaging, welcoming and great with feedback. I think I might actually stick with a fitness routine this time round by finding such a supporting gym!
