RES have been managing our HMO properties for a number of years now and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, the engineers are brilliant - polite, friendly and knowledgeable and the admin team too, quick responses and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Charged nearly 2k to replace a studio flat, single alarm system (they advised it needed replacing which will now need to be double checked). Issued multiple confusing invoices staging one request for work then were extremely unhelpful in trying to sort through the mess of paperwork they had managed to create. Avoid - must be better value, better organised services out there.

An odd way to do business. We had RES install a new fire alarm system and extinguishers, and they did a good job for a reasonable price. At that time we discussed with them the cost of servicing going forward. The following year when organising a service, RES quoted significantly more.
