I went to Cheryl due to always being ridiculously tired and getting ill a lot despite doing so much to look after myself. She was so friendly and welcoming and reassuring from the outset and was always really invested in me seeing changes and anything she could do to support that. I went to see Cheryl because I was feeling run down, tired and I had very little motivation. She suggest a well-being review and balance, which involved kinesiology. I can honestly say I have no idea what Cheryl does, but it works! I have more energy, I feel more relaxed and grounded. Cheryl puts you immediately at ease and you leave every session feeling better. I would definitely recommend.

Cheryl is both personable & effective. I went to her for help with digestive issues, and through what she called a kinesiology “MOT” she tackled this as well as stress and energy levels. Cheryl’s effectiveness comes from being skilled in several disciplines and drawing on a combination of these to help the individual. I haven’t had much experience of ‘alternative’ therapies, but got good results in just 2-3 sessions, so recommend others to try.

I've first met Cheryl in 2019. I found her on Google. Had a few reflexology treatments & a back massage which where amazing . Thereafter life got busy & I didn't manage to go for any more treatments until recently. Cheryl is kind, caring & a true professional. I felt so good after my treatments, totally relaxed & rejuvenated. I would highly recommend her & I feel her fee for the treatment is affordable & well worth it. Happy Customer Deborah
