Working with Karen this week was brilliant on many levels. I learned a lot on the Mental Health First Aider course about the subject but also about myself, and we know how important self care and awareness is when also supporting others. Karen always made the content very real in an open and honest fashion creating a safe space for us to engage and explore the subjects but also to take space when we needed it.
