Reiki Master Stefano P. - SP-Life-Energy - Reiki, Yoga, Meditation

I did a remote reiki session via Zoom with Stefano and I can honestly say the healing was absolutely amazing. Within a minute, I drifted off into a peaceful state of bliss. During the session, my entire being was floating. After the session, I felt completely clear and my energies were truly positive and uplifted.

My session with Stefano was amazing! Going into it, this was my first experience with Reiki and I kept a very open mind. He took his time and answered all my questions and focused on a few areas based on the crystal and chakra quizzes. I felt an overall balanced feeling afterwards and am going to definitely book again, highly recommend!

A few private yoga sessions with Stefano have taught me more than months of group studio classes. He's a very skilled and attentive teacher, and always adapts the sequences to my goals and abilities. Also, ending the practice with a guided meditation within the comfort of my own home is the most relaxing experience.

Stefano is an amazing reiki practitioner and teacher! He really knows what he’s doing and makes you feel super comfortable and safe during the sessions. I did my reiki 1 and 2 with him and definitely would recommend him :)
