I didn't know too much about BJJ when Reef opened, so I guess I was slightly apprehensive about starting, but I can honestly say all the coaches are amazing, and supportive, the people you train with are fantastic, so so supportive, especially as a novice. BJJ is an amazing sport for body and mind; it is hard, but everyone will help you achieve whatever you want to do. Go for it!

Quite simply Reef Jiu Jitsu is the best place to train in the South East. This is down to several factors. It is perfectly located in Chelmsford with Pay and display parking to the rear. There is also free parking the other side of Park way. The unit is newly renovated with toilets, a shower and most importantly a spring loaded floor with permanent high quality mats as well as matted walls.
