  • I have been listening to Sal on Tik Tok and I wish I could get to his gym more often. I am 68 and had a heart attack when I was 61. Sal's no B.S. advice and coaching skills have been a huge benefit to my program. He gets me. I want to live long and healthy and Sal will tell you how to get it done. Thanks Sal!

So, if you’re one of those who has never done weight training or who hasn’t done it in decades, fear not, you’re in safe hands and you will benefit hugely from the training programs.

  • Red Pill fitness is an excellent exercise class with food/nutrition advise key for helping weight, muscle and general feel good. Sal the owner was brilliant at giving me the exact routine needed. I highly recommend. Price is very reasonable considering the gym is in the city.

  • I do find training with Sal helping me to re-shape my body. He understands my body’s short comings as I suffer from scoliosis and hyper-mobility. He helped me strengthen my core muscles, working around my problems without causing any damage. I have been through many different personal trainers but I am amazed how Sal knows and understand my body I am glad finally I found the right trainer and I am going to carry on working with him and recommend him to everyone I know.
