Called in to get some TLC applied to my wife's 'just starting out' guitar, and maybe have look at a ukelele. We arrived near the end of the day, but were given all the help and advice we needed. Guitar tuned, a new case to suit her needs acquired, and after playing with a bunch of different ukes we were able to buy a nice one to learn on. I got some great advice on ear plugs for use at gigs. The couple at Red Lion Music went out of their way to be helpful and delivered the highest quality service in cleaning and restringing an acoustic guitar. Very friendly and they have a charming, well equipped shop, they offer music lessons as well. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thanks for a great service.

I took my son here to buy a Ukulele. The gent was excellent he talked us through several models and did not rush my son at all. Could not have asked for a more friendly and professional service.

took my guitar here to get fixed. broke within a week, they told me it wasn't their fault. they eventually took it in again after a rude phone call. broke again within a week or so.
