Asked for hot towel shave was a cold damp towel (maybe they did a cold towel razor shave) cost £20 only for me to get home and have stubble requiring me to shave again. Staff seemed nice and might have rectified it but I’m non confrontational but upon thinking about it I had to review as this was my worst shave I’ve ever paid for and honestly a waste of time and money. Came here for my 12 year old son. Great guys. First barber I've been in that has a fridge stocked with beers and drinks for free, pool table and tv in the waiting room( nice touch) prices were reasonable. Would recommend
