ITV has worked with Realise for a number of years. The sessions cover a wide range of topics and being delivered in bite-size sessions means they are well received across the business. We would highly recommend them.

They provide bitesize training workshops and masterclasses on a number of topics that are always relevant for our people, and complement the learning with workbooks and takeaway materials, which is an added bonus. Alice is amazingly efficient and makes booking the training courses an absolute breeze!

Brilliant bite sized coaching Masterclasses for managers and leaders. Engaging, intelligently and professionally put together and delivered. The training was practical and workable designed to bring about behaviour change and drive performance as opposed to ticking a box. Our team got so much from these and accompanied by a very useful toolkit to help embed learnings afterwards. The coaches are fantastic - really engaging sessions that brought out the best in everyone. Would highly recommend....
