  • I can 100% recommend Alex as a PT if you want to have fun and enjoy getting fit. She offers a range of sessions in different locations, my absolute fave being the beach. It's the absolute best way to start your day!! Her classes are fulll of lovely friendly ladies who do not judge and are welcoming. I look forward to the class every week!

  • I've been going to one of Alex's classes for 8 months now and it's fantastic! I've never got on well with exercise classes before but Alex makes it so fun and varied that I love it! She's also incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. I've really noticed the difference in my muscle tone and how much stronger I've become.

  • Alex is a fantastic trainer. Her classes are challenging yet a lot of fun. The activities/routines/games she puts together are innovative and enjoyable. Alex also differentiates up or down depending on your needs so you never feel inadequate! She knows her stuff! I always come away feeling I've had a full body work out and have laughed a lot too! I highly recommend her classes.
