I’ve always had a great experience with RDS, great training and more importantly, honest advice and support. I wouldn’t use anyone else for our training requirements.

I recently did the Conflict Management instructor course with Sharon at RDS training in Hull and I have to say it was well worth the journey from Northern Ireland. Sharon in a fantastic instructor and a wealth of information. Highly recommended.

The training I went for was extremely excellent. I am now better in managing conflicting behaviour rather than using force . Got taught on problem solving skills , how to engage in positive communication with customers. The trainer's Ryan and Sharon are just to superb as they will make someone comprehend every bit of the information they pass. They have patience in the work they are doing they love and enjoys it . They are full of passion
