  • Rachel is a fantastic personal trainer and couldn’t recommend her enough! She helped me get back into fitness when I was struggling with motivation and confidence. She really takes the time to understand her client’s own specific goals and builds strong relationships with her client base. I love that each session is varied and she pushes you, but also makes it fun! Just don’t be late or she’ll make you do “late burpees” as punishment - I know!!!

  • I have been training with Rachel since Feb this year and I can hand on heart say that this was the best decision I have made in a long time … Rachel is extremely professional and encourages ever so subtly which makes training a dream …I find that I have gained so much strength from when I started with her and find myself doing exercises I couldn’t do before … my mental health has also improved very much which is another big bonus !
