RB Fitness offers a range of fitness classes and services, based in the Tamar Valley and covering Cornwall and Tavistock. I'm a pre & postnatal specialist, and really understand how to support ladies throughout all stages of motherhood. 'MumPower' is a series of group exercise classes designed especially for mums and mums to be. This includes Antenatal and daytime classes you can bring your children along to. MumPower is so much more than just a fitness class....but a chance to meet other mums and a safe space to stay active for both your physical and mental health.
