  • Can not rate RAW highly enough. It is the friendlist gym I have ever attended. Every single person in there, be they staff or member, wants you to achieve your best. The trainers are always on hand to answer any questions and to check your technique. The trainer for my class yesterday even lent me his specialist lifting trainers to try out, don't think you would get that anywhere else! Before attending RAW I would have classed myself as a reluctant gym goer, I went because I knew it was good ...

  • It’s been almost a year since I joined RAW and it’s one of the best things I’ve done. I genuinely look forward to training more than I ever have before and can really see the results. The trainers are all lovely, encouraging but also push you to do your very best, I really believe they make this gym different to others, the other members are all lovely too. I have found gyms in the past quite intimidating but RAW is nothing like that. It’s just a great place to train.

  • I have been a member at Raw for about 8 months and I love it. It's the friendliest gym I've been to and the staff are always pushing you to do your best. The gym is focused on getting you to feel fitter, healthier and stronger - not just to become the smallest version of yourself! I have weekly personal training sessions with Tom Murphy, who has helped me massively with strength training. I highly recommended Raw, and Tom Murphy, to anyone who wants to invest in their health!

  • I joined RAW in July last year, after wanting to get back into exercise after having a baby. I have never enjoyed going to the gym more than I do here, it’s the most consistent I have ever stayed with going to the gym and I cannot see myself stopping! The coaches and the other members are so welcoming. They have challenged me in the best way, and I have become so much stronger and fitter since joining. I would recommend anyone to join!

  • Raw is great for those who hate the gym or find it hard to get motivated. Great team and individual-based HIT workouts, coupled with optional PT weights workouts have given me the confidence to push through my mental barriers. I can now happily say, I enjoy the Gym!... well, my gym!
