Randall was very informative right off the bat and gave me much reassurance. I could tell right away he knew his stuff and receiving my guitar back after the set up only confirmed this. Not only did he fix it but he also made specific adjustments and even made my guitar look better than when I first bought it! Would 100% recommend.

Ian is totally amazing the best guitar luthier I have used in my 35 year career his knowledge and enthusiasm is endless 10 out of 10 do yourself a favour and give your guitar a treat !!!!!!

Went to Ian for the second time to fix a broken neck of one of my guitars. I need to keep them in their cases! He has done another great job. The break is cleanly fixed with a great spray job . Plays as well as it did before with no change of action . Last fix was over ten years ago and that guitar is still going strong, with no movement. Sure this new one will be the same. Fully recommended.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE - so I strap my guitar on a Saturday night at a gig some 15+ Miles from home to find my Gibson Les Paul has a "splitting headache", yes the neck was no longing in original condition and had cracked/split from a small drop in it's hardcase.
