  • Randall was very informative right off the bat and gave me much reassurance. I could tell right away he knew his stuff and receiving my guitar back after the set up only confirmed this. Not only did he fix it but he also made specific adjustments and even made my guitar look better than when I first bought it! Would 100% recommend.

  • Ian is totally amazing the best guitar luthier I have used in my 35 year career his knowledge and enthusiasm is endless 10 out of 10 do yourself a favour and give your guitar a treat !!!!!!

  • Went to Ian for the second time to fix a broken neck of one of my guitars. I need to keep them in their cases! He has done another great job. The break is cleanly fixed with a great spray job . Plays as well as it did before with no change of action . Last fix was over ten years ago and that guitar is still going strong, with no movement. Sure this new one will be the same. Fully recommended.

  • Since being taught by Ian to play guitar, I have always gone back to him for guitar servicing. His guitar servicing is professional and prompt. He always takes time to discuss any needs, to ascertain the precise nature of guitar remediation. He is inspirational in his love of various guitar playing styles and chatting to him, you can't fail to be engaged by his enthusiasm. I thoroughly recommend him, both as a guitar mechanic and tutor.
