Rainbow pole and Aerial Fitness

Rainbow Pole Fitness was set up in 2009 by Kirsty Marsden and Kirsty Griffiths. Both Girls are Fully Qualified Pole Fitness Instructors - http://www.xpertpolefitness.com Both girls attended the same pole class in Wakefield as well as training at home to improve their tricks. They have both been pole dancing for 4years and are now fully insured instructors. In February 2009 Kirsty G was asked to teach classes in Barnsley but unfortunately due to venue problems the classes had to stop. Both girls realised that this was their opportunity to start their own Pole Fitness classes, Rainbow Pole Fitness was born. The Girls started with only two poles and one class, they have now expanded to owning their own studio and have classes in both Barnsley and Huddersfield. Rainbow Pole fitness is the First Pole Fitness and Aerial arts studio in Barnsley. We teach through a progressive fitness route, building your stamina, flexibility, co-ordination and strength.
