Such a lovely positive instructor, very flexible and made my driving experience seamless. Passed my test first time within 5 months!

Lauren was amazing. She worked around my busy college time table the best she could and was always on time for my lessons. She helped me to pass in 4 months and always made sure I knew what to practice at home to get ready to pass. She also supported me with the show me and tell me questions which was very helpful. Lauren was also a massive help with booking my test, going beyond what I would expect her to do to get me the perfect date.

I was disgusted by the way my driving instructor treated me during my lessons. I am a nervous driver and so I needed a bit more patience, which the instructor said she understood, but even then she treated me horribly during my lessons, screaming at me and in some cases she did hit my hand which I thought was completely unprofessional as she is basically a stranger. Her moodiness also put me off because she took that anger then out on me unprovoked and made an extremely uncomfortable environm...
