  • Richie provides great personalised training plans, catering to everything I wanted to work on in the gym. He is great at keeping you motivated in a professional, comfortable environment! He gives great feed back, made sure I was keeping the right form, and helped with my confidence on new machines, and work out equipment and techniques I had not used before.   • Richie is a knowledgable PT with a broad repertoire of workouts to keep you focussed on your goals. He has worked around my injuries really well adapting the training around them but not to the detriment of any gains. As a coach he is relaxed and energetic with good motivational abilities. Highly recommend him in helping you achieve your goals.

  • I was told about RU performance Coaching by a friend who has used him and not being the fittest person in the world I was a bit nervous. He put me at ease and didn’t go straight to the hard stuff. He broke the exercises down to my level and built it up with lots of encouragement. I would highly recommend to anyone. One of the best.
