I had absolutely the best day learning to train small groups of people with Laura and Karen at the beginning of lockdown. Everything I learnt gave me the confidence to go on and write webinars and training courses using different tools to make sure that my audience can engage in whichever way is appropriate to them. We did a customer service training day with Quest, it was very interactive, brought new ideas to the table and we have been able to deal with clients in more positive way. We will use them again in the future and would encourage any companies looking to improve to book training.

I have worked with Quest since 2001, gaining my SVQ assessors and internal verifiers qualifications. I now manage a centre that provides SVQ's and continue to work in partnership with Quest. Quest staff are always professional and they will work with the customer to ensure their specific needs are met.
