  • I've only been going a couple of months, but my fitness has improved dramatically. I don't believe I would be able to push myself in a gym like I can with the group. Everyone is really friendly and I have a renewed love for exercise!

  • I Joined Queens Park Fitness in September, feeling very nervous as my fitness levels were zero . I was made to feel very welcome and at ease immediately by Owen and all of the group members, my fitness levels have improved so much over the past 10 months and I feel so much better in myself, the classes are all very different and always fun I love working out outside which is something I never thought I would say .   • Best fitness group I've ever attended. Owen isn't at all pushy or military like you might expect from an outside bootcamp. He is amazing at knowing exactly how far to push each individual to reach their own potential. The group will soon become family and I genuinely look forward to attending 😃

  • Queens Park Fitness is brilliant. It's a non judgemental group of people of all different fitness levels. Owen is great and tailors sessions to meet everyone's needs. Wish I joined sooner.

  • Fresh air, exercise, fab trainer and a brilliant bunch of people to do it with, what more could you ask for. I have seen my fitness levels increase massively in the last few months. Love that even on the coldest of days after 5 minutes we will all be boiling. Best decision I made joining Queens Park fitness 💪 highly recommend.
